This and That is the Church of Christ the Cornerstone’s ‘intranet’ – that is, a private website accessible only to Church members who have ‘signed up’ to it.
It contains information relating to the various volunteers’ rotas for duties at Sunday services: leaders of intercessions, readers, stewards, chalice administrators, those serving coffee after the 10.30 am service and even bread-makers for our Communion bread. It may be pretty boring stuff, but it can be very useful if you want to remind yourself when you are expected to be on duty, or you need to contact the person who is carrying out a particular duty on any Sunday.
It also has information about the Congregational Meetings, the Ecumenical Council and its standing committees. You will find the membership of the Council and committees, schedules of meeting dates and minutes of past meetings.
